These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Posira. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Subscriptions and credits

Posira is offered on monthly subscription plans that include a set number of credits used for content generation, comment suggestions, and DM drafting. Credits reset each billing period and do not roll over unless stated otherwise in your plan.

2. Acceptable use

• You agree to use Posira in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service and all applicable laws.
• You are responsible for the content you publish and the messages you send. Posira drafts and suggests; you approve and act.
• You agree to engage in responsible outreach and to not use Posira for spam, harassment, or deceptive practices.

3. Billing and cancellation

Subscriptions renew automatically each period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing and takes effect at the end of the current period.

4. Refunds and guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If Posira doesn't do what we say it does, email us within 30 days of your initial purchase and we'll refund your payment.

5. Limitation of liability

Posira is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for outcomes such as lead volume, revenue, or account actions taken by third-party platforms.

6. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
